We started with our original corn-and-cane distillate, aged 3 to 4 years in #4 char, medium toast barrels from Kelvin Cooperage to build structure and maturity.
Then, we transferred it to a Brazilian Amburana cask, where it pulled bold aromatics—sweet spice, toasted sugar, and cinnamon wood.
Finally, we smoothed everything out in a high-rye bourbon barrel, adding dry herbal edge and integration before bottling at full proof.
