Welcome to the Casey Jones Distillery website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

Part I — Terms of Service
1. Order Fulfillment
1.1 About This Site
The Casey Jones Distillery website is owned and operated by Casey Jones Distillery. Our Site contains links to purchase alcohol products via independent, third-party retailers in the Paiseh, Inc. (“AccelPay”) network. We are not directly or indirectly involved in any sale of alcohol between you and any licensed beverage alcohol retailer.
1.2 Terms of Sale — AccelPay
This section (together with the documents referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions on which AccelPay facilitates the sale of distilled spirits products (“Products”) listed on our Site to you. Please read these terms carefully before ordering any Products. By ordering any Product you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to order any Products.
1.3 Orders for Delivery in the USA
If you order a Product for delivery to an address in the USA, your order will be handled by licensed, third-party retailers in the AccelPay network and your transaction will be facilitated through those retailers. The following apply:
AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, e-commerce and payment terms, and any other terms set forth by AccelPay govern any purchase you make via AccelPay and are between you and the applicable third-party retailers.
We do not accept responsibility for delivery of orders within the USA.
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to place an order.
All sales are subject to applicable state and local alcohol beverage laws.

2. Merchandise & E-Commerce (Printful)
2.1 Merchandise Sales
We offer branded merchandise (apparel, accessories, and similar goods; collectively “Merchandise”) through our Site. Merchandise orders are fulfilled by Printful, Inc. (“Printful”), an independent third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment service. By purchasing Merchandise you acknowledge and agree that:
Your order is fulfilled by Printful and is subject to Printful’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at printful.com/policies.
We are not responsible for production delays, shipping delays, or fulfillment errors attributable to Printful.
Defective or damaged Merchandise claims must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with Printful to resolve valid claims with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Merchandise is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Estimated production and shipping times are provided by Printful and are estimates only; we make no warranty regarding delivery dates.
2.2 Payment & Pricing
All Merchandise prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed at checkout; we do not store payment card information. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.
2.3 Intellectual Property
All Casey Jones Distillery branding, logos, and artwork on Merchandise are the property of Stillworks LLC. Purchasing Merchandise does not convey any intellectual property rights. Merchandise is for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
3. Distillery Bookings & Experiences (Anyroad)
3.1 Online Booking
Tours, tastings, events, and other distillery experiences (“Experiences”) are booked through our online reservation system powered by Anyroad, Inc. (“Anyroad”). By booking an Experience you acknowledge and agree that:
Your booking is facilitated by Anyroad and is subject to Anyroad’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Booking confirmations are delivered via the email address you provide; you are responsible for providing a valid address.
A credit or debit card may be required to hold a reservation. Charges are processed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for each Experience are displayed at the time of booking. General terms:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled Experience start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Experiences due to weather, equipment issues, low enrollment, or other operational reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduling option.
3.3 Age Requirements & Conduct
All guests participating in ticketed tastings must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who cannot verify their age or who is visibly intoxicated. Guests removed for disruptive or unsafe behavior are not entitled to a refund.
3.4 Liability Release
Participation in distillery Experiences involves visiting an active production facility. By booking, you acknowledge inherent risks and agree that Casey Jones Distillery and Stillworks LLC are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your visit except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Age Verification
Our Site is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to persons under 21. If we learn that a user under 21 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Stillworks LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation, including alcohol beverage control laws.
Purchase Products if you are under the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
Provide false or misleading information.
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site without our express consent.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stillworks LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, Products, Merchandise, or Experiences.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Part II — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Stillworks LLC dba Casey Jones Distillery collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Site, purchase Products or Merchandise, or book Experiences. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described below.
11. Information We Collect
11.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address) when you contact us, subscribe to communications, or book an Experience.
Booking information submitted through Anyroad, including Experience preferences and payment details processed by Anyroad’s payment infrastructure.
Feedback and survey responses submitted through third-party platforms.
Age verification information (date of birth) collected to comply with alcohol beverage laws.
11.2 Information Collected Automatically
Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 14).
Device information: operating system, device type.
11.3 Information from Third Parties
AccelPay may share transaction-level data with us to the extent necessary to fulfill our business relationship.
Printful may share order status and shipping information.
Anyroad may share booking data, attendance records, and guest feedback.
Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) may provide engagement data such as email open and click rates.
12. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Process and fulfill orders for Products and Merchandise.
Confirm and manage Experience bookings.
Communicate with you about your orders, bookings, and inquiries.
Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time).
Comply with alcohol beverage control laws and regulations, including age verification requirements.
Analyze Site usage to improve content, user experience, and marketing effectiveness.
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Enforce these Terms.
13. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
13.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site and delivering services, including:
AccelPay — alcohol product transaction facilitation.
Printful — merchandise fulfillment and shipping.
Anyroad — Experience booking management.
Mailchimp (Intuit) — email marketing.
Squarespace — website hosting and e-commerce infrastructure.
Each service provider is bound by data processing terms consistent with applicable law.
13.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
13.3 Business Transfers
If Stillworks LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on the Site.
14. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:
Maintain session state (e.g., shopping cart contents).
Analyze traffic and usage patterns (e.g., Google Analytics).
Deliver relevant advertising on third-party platforms.
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. We honor browser-level Do Not Track signals to the extent technically feasible.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (including alcohol beverage recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with applicable law.
16. Your Rights & Choices
16.1 Marketing Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications (order confirmations, booking reminders) are not subject to opt-out.
16.2 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (c) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the information below.
17. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we may delete it.
18. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including AccelPay, Printful, and Anyroad. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
19. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new Effective Date at the top of the Policy. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
