A traditional margarita just won’t do after trying this Kentucky twist on a bar favorite.  Use Casey’s Cut 92 or Casey’s Barrel Cut for the new go-to, the Kentuck-A-Rita.

1 lime wedge
Kosher salt, to taste
1 1⁄2 oz. Casey’s Cut 92
3⁄4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1⁄2 oz. Cointreau

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled margarita glass; dip the rim in salt to coat.

In a cocktail shaker, combine Casey’s Cut 92, lime juice, Cointreau, and 1 cup crushed ice. Cover and shake vigorously to chill; strain into the glass.
