what to do
In a Rocks Glass
Start with 1 tsp of sanding sugar or granulated sugar
Add 3 - 4 dashes of orange bitters
Squeeze a wedge of fresh orange juice into the mix
Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup
Add 0.25 oz of orange liqueur
Add 1 oz of vanilla liqueur
Add 1.5 oz of Casey Jones Total Eclipse KY Straight Bourbon
Stir ingredients, add ice

Use Angostura Orange Bitters for a sweeter cocktail or Fee Brother’s West Indian Orange Bitters for a slightly spicer take
Use cara cara oranges rather than navel
Use Gran Gala or Gran Marnier for your orange liqueur
