Distilled from a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash, this six-year-old single barrel was selected for its standout balance and classic rye profile. It’s our first and only cask strength rye, bottled straight from the barrel, just as it was meant to be.

Nose

Freshly dipped caramel apples on a crisp fall afternoon. Warm cider with cinnamon sticks simmering on the stove. Brown sugar crumble baking in the oven. Hints of maple glaze and toasted oak round it out—familiar, festive, and unmistakably autumn.

Body

Light and easy-drinking, with a rounded mouthfeel that carries just a trace of vanilla and soft caramel. Beneath the surface, notes of worn leather and subtle eucalyptus add quiet complexity. It’s a far cry from the spice-forward rye stereotype—this barrel delivers warmth without weight, and flavor without fire.

Finish

Clean and lingering with a cooling thread of eucalyptus and light mint. The crisp apple returns in the final moments, bright and tart like the last bite of caramel-dipped fruit on a cool autumn night.
