For the first time, our original mash bills—wheated, high corn, and high rye—have each been aged six full years. The result: three distinct bourbons, released together for one week only during Red, White, & Booze.

MONDAY, Tuesday, Wednesday

RELEASE of our First six year bourbons • Bottle Your Own Bourbon

Before the music, before the food trucks, and before the crowds, Monday through Wednesday is your chance to walk into the distillery and bottle your own. You’ll rinse, fill, cork, seal, and label it by hand—a personal way to mark a milestone release and start Red, White, & Booze.

July 3rd

THURSDAY

Bottle Your Own Bourbon

Pennyrile AREA Community BanD • smokin O’s Food truck

Thursday marks the first full day of the celebration, with the distillery open late and the grounds filled with good food and music. Bottle Your Own runs all day inside, while outside, Smokin O’s BBQ fires up at lunch and the Pennyrile Area Community Band takes the stage in the evening for a patriotic orchestra performance.

July 4TH

FRIDAY

Bottle Your Own Bourbon

Alonzo Pennington Band • smokin O’s Food truck

Celebrate the Fourth with a full day at the distillery. Bottle Your Own runs through the afternoon, Smokin O’s BBQ returns with slow-cooked staples, and Alonzo Pennington brings the stage to life with a high-energy evening set. It’s a classic summer Friday—Kentucky bourbon, smoked meat, and live music in the open air.

July 5th

Saturday

101st Airborne Division Band LIVE Plus Cinnamon Cut Whiskey Release

Bottle Your Own Bourbon • smokin O’s Food truck

Saturday is the heart of Red, White, & Booze. The 101st Airborne Division Band takes the stage in the evening with a powerful community performance, while the Hopkinsville Fire Department brings vintage and modern trucks for an up-close visit. Inside, it’s the official launch of Cinnamon Cut Whiskey—available first at the distillery. Add in Bottle Your Own, Smokin O’s BBQ, and a packed house, and you’ve got the biggest day of the week.

The week winds down with a final day of Bottle Your Own and one last chance to take home a bottle from this historic release. Sunday is slower, softer, and made for those who prefer their bourbon—and their summer afternoons—easygoing.

We are utterly honored to host this nationally recognized military ensemble—marching brass, percussion, and big-stage presence from Fort Campbell’s finest.

From pulled pork to brisket to loaded mac and cheese, Smokin O’s brings the smoke and the sides all weekend long. Serving lunch through dinner Thursday to Saturday, they’ll be set up on-site with a full menu of crowd-pleasing classics—perfect between pours or as a reason to stay longer.
