The Horse
Paul Revere didn't own the mare he rode that night. She belonged to Deacon John Larkin — borrowed in haste, ridden hard, and never returned.
Her name was Brown Beauty.
She carried Revere from Charlestown to Lexington through the April darkness, covering thirteen miles while the colonies held their breath.
Revere was captured. Brown Beauty was seized by British officers and left in a pasture. The rider became a legend. The horse became a footnote.

The Story Of
The Bourbon
Five barrels, One incredible journey to The Finish Line
In the late summer of 2020, five small barrels were filled with a single purpose — to become something extraordinary. For nearly two years they aged quietly, building character, developing depth. Then, on August 10th, 2022, they were combined into a very small batch to fill Barrel #817… a full sized cask used to age real American honey.
What happened next took two more years. Cask strength. Uncut. Unfiltered. 102.7 proof.
Brown Beauty was worth the wait.
The Experience
-
Warm vanilla and natural honey sweetness with caramel notes and muted maple syrup.
-
Corn sweetness rolls into a lively vanilla caramel mix before revealing distinct rich honey on the mid palate before ending in subtle honeysuckle.
-
Spice and heat from the cask strength subside quickly revealing a smooth and slight lingering finish.
