Released 5/21
75% Corn | 21 % Rye | 4% Malted Barley
Primarily selected for its perfect integration of high rye noted by a lack of bite on the back palate so often present in this mash bill. At 123.7 proof, this cask strength bourbon finishes smooth as silk.

78% Corn / 13% Rye / 9 % Malted Barley
Nose: Opens with an inviting sweetness — caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla lead, layered beneath with stone fruits, baked apple, and cherry. A backbone of leather and light char anchors the sweetness without overpowering it. Secondary notes of buttered cornbread, cereal, and walnut add depth and maturity. Subtle hints of tobacco, nutmeg, and dark chocolate emerge with time. Light and approachable, but complex on inspection.
Palate: Delivers on the nose's promise and then some. Cherry arrives immediately on the front palate, evolving through baked apple and pie crust into a mid-palate of caramel brûlée, butterscotch, and custard. Tobacco and leather thread through the body alongside cocoa and maple. Spice builds progressively — black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg — without overwhelming the fruit. Well-rounded, chewy texture. Consistently noted as the most complex expression of barrels in selection.
Finish: Medium-to-long, edging toward dry and savory. Cherry persists throughout, joined by baked apple, cinnamon, and cardamom as the sweetness resolves. Pepper and spice linger on the back end. Mouthfeel noted as excellent. Warmth present but controlled — burn that reads as proof, not rough distillate.

The Legend Behind the Bottle
Craftsman, American Patriot, and entrepreneur
Before the midnight ride, Paul Revere was a silversmith. He worked metal with his hands — one piece at a time, shaped to its finished state, signed and complete. No approximation. No averaging. The integrity of the object was the integrity of the man.
After the Revolution, he didn't rest. At 65, he purchased a mill in Canton, Massachusetts and became the first American to successfully roll copper into sheets in a commercially viable manner. That copper covered the dome of the Massachusetts State House and sheathed the hull of the USS Constitution. The craftsman had become an industrialist building the infrastructure of a new nation he helped create.
That's the standard Barrel #1192 is held to. One barrel, uncut, unblended, bottled at exactly the proof it reached after seven years in Kentucky oak. His name is on the bottle because the philosophy is the same.
Revere didn't water it down. Neither did we.
