About the Job

Job Duties: Ambassador to guests in the gift shop, do tours and tastings, help keep areas stocked, perform cleaning, inventory, stocking duties, handle cash register transactions, work events, bottling, labeling, boxing products and related other work. Some days you may work in the gift shop, in the bar, in the production room and be a tour guide. Other days you may be working in the bottling room, or helping do things like sweep, clean windows, dust, put up stock, work in the gift shop, do customer tastings and there are at least a dozen more things you could be doing on an “Average” day.

Required Skills: You will need to be able to use a POS system (register)… we’ll teach you ours. You will need to be able to handle, count, and be responsible for money.

Physical Demands: You won’t be asked or expected to do things you aren’t capable of or able to do, however, there are some physical demands that we all must adapt to. We are on concrete all day. We walk around quite a lot. We do sit, but not much.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Schedule: We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-6pm. Work hours could extend past 6pm when we have events on property or off property. A good thing is, we let you give us the hours you are able and willing to work, then put all that together from a bunch of people and come up with the right number of people to do the job.

Pay: Pay is confidential and if you come in for an interview, that’s when we will discuss it.

Rules: We have them. They are very straightforward and easy to follow. You are expected to act like a responsible adult worker and follow them without constant reminding.
