Casey Jones Distillery, 2815 Witty Lane, Hopkinsville, Ky 42240. We are a retail shop, an event center, a manufacturing plant, and a tourist attraction. Brief

Production I will primarily be responsible for the execution of production and quality assurance as a member of the Casey Jones Distillery production team.

Requirements

• Ability to follow set processes and instruction with an attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team

• Ability to operate forklift, general tools, and other small equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured as a driver

• Reliable transportation to/from the facility

• Previous brewing, distilling, and/or bottling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with the production team to execute production goals and requirements

• Operate and maintain distillery production equipment and facilities as directed

• Identify and communicate production issues to the Production Lead 

• Maintain all relevant health and safety protocols

• General maintenance of distillery grounds

• Other related responsibilities as needed

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and roll 500 lb. barrels

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend repeatedly throughout shift
